11. Booking & Refund Policy

• Booking Amount / Token Advance:
• Any amount paid online or offline for property booking will be considered a token advance to reserve the selected unit.
• The booking is subject to realization of payment and confirmation by i5 Housing and Properties.
• Refund Policy:
• The booking amount is generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of booking.
• In exceptional cases, management may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, subject to deductions (administrative charges, processing fees, etc.).
• Cancellation by Buyer:
• If the buyer cancels the booking, the booking amount will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation by i5 Housing and Properties:
• If a project is cancelled or the booked unit becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, the full booking amount will be refunded to the buyer without interest.
